Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shredded
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) coarsely chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, .25 cup, shredded
    Baby Carrots, raw, 8 coarsely chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Lemons, 1 wedge
    Mandarin Oranges no sugar added
    Raw Blanched Slivered Almonds, 2 tbsl
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 small or 1/2 Medium
    Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 1/2 tbsp

Directions

Mix the cilantro, salad dressing, and juice from the lemon and toss with the remaining ingredients. Serves 1, (approximately 3 cup serving size.)
