This chilli is GREAT with a little adjusting... add a can of beans and reduce the jalapeno by one... and walah!! the perfect white bean spicy chilli... add a bit of non fat sour cream and you cant beat it!! - 10/22/08

Very tasty chili that is good for you! I didn't add the jalapenos because I was worried that my sons wouldn't like it hot. I'll try them next time. - 10/24/07

Awesome!! Did not add the jalapenos and it was plenty spicy but next time I might half the chilies and add the jalapenos for a different spicy flavor. - 10/30/13

I made this last night with just a few changes. I added a can of beans and a can of white shoepeg corn. I used only 1 jalapeno pepper (it was large), and I seeded it. My husband and I really like spicy food, so we loved this, but others might want to adjust the cayenne. Great! - 1/10/11

Way too hot for me! My eyes are still watering. The flavor seems good (I think!) although my taste buds are scorched. If I make this again I will cut the red pepper to 1/2 teaspoon. - 5/13/10

I LOVED this recipe! Although I added an extra can of beans and put in an extra tsp of cilantro. Also, I removed the seeds of the Jalapenos to cut back on some of the spice. Other than that it was a huge hit with the family :) - 1/22/10

This is good, but a little too spicy and we really like spicy food. I would make again but cut either the cayenne or the jalapenos. - 1/18/10

This is delicious and easy. I doubled the recipe and added a large can of chopped tomatoes, drained. With the green cilantro and peppers, it looked colorful and added a few more veggies! - 12/21/09

I enjoyed this, though was surprised I foundit a bit bland considering all the herbs and spices that were in there! - 4/6/08

    Bad
OMG, wwaaaayyyy too spicey. I couldn't even eat it and I love spicey foods. Not enough beans, not enough chicken - there were more jalapenos and chilis than anything. It wasn't a thick chili consistency, it was more soupy fire. Horrible! - 1/6/08

This chili is fabulous. I added some tomatoes to it as well. Out goes my chili recipe and in with this one! - 11/3/07

Just great, I put in two well chopped fresh jalapenos without seeds and it was perfect for adults. I did leave out the 2 cans (4 oz) green chilies as I did not think they would be needed after the fresh. My husband hoovered this down! - 10/30/07
