Ingredients

    1 C field greens
    1 plum tomato
    1/2 whole wheat pita, sliced along the edge
    1 oz fresh mozarella cheese
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    6-8 basil leaves
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

bake pita in a 450 degree oven and bake until crisp. Toss greens with balsamic vinegar. Top pita with garlic, tomato, basil, mozzarella. Bake some more. Remove, cover with the greens, drizzle with olive oil.
