    * Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    * Apples, fresh, 1 medium (cut into cubes)
    * Butter, unsalted, 20 grams(melted)
    * Champion Self Raising Flour 100g, 180 gram(s)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tbsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    * Milk, nonfat, 0.75 cup
    * Honey, 1 tbsp


Preheat Oven to 200C. Line 12 cup mediun muffin tin with paper cases or I like to use the sillicon cups.

Sift flour and cinnamon into a bowl. Add the diced apple and blueberries.
Ina seperate bowl, whisk egg with milk, honey and melted butter. MIx into the flour mixture until just combined.
Spoon into muffin cases and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Or put a toothpick in one of the muffins and if it is clear when taken out thn you know that its ready.

makes 12 muffins best served with hot tea or coffee.
