Ingredients

5 Thomas Light Multigrain English Muffins
12 slices Canadian Bacon
2 c Egg Beaters
3/4 c Kraft 2% shredded cheddar
1/4 c skim milk
Directions
Split english muffins and lightly toast
Spray casserole dish with PAM
Mix egg beaters and milk (salt and pepper if desired)
Cut muffins and bacon in half or quarters and layer in casserole. Sprinkle with part of the cheese.
Pour egg mixture over and sprinkle remainder of cheese. Cover with plastic wrap at least an hour and up to overnight.
When ready to bake allow to come to room temperature if possible.
Bake at 350 until puffed and set in the center (60 to 120 minutes depending on how cold and the depth of the casserole) If it starts to brown too quickly cover loosley with foil.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
