    Round Steak (Cut in thin strips)
    1 Cup Beef Broth
    1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 tsp Ginger
    1 Bunch Scallions or Green Onions
    2T Cornstarch
    1/2 C Cold Water
    4 Cups Sugar Snap Peas in Pod


Place all but pea pods, cornstarch, & water in crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours (high 4 hours). Add pea pods in the last 30 minutes or so. Before serving, stir in cornstarch mixed with water to thicken. Serve over pasta or rice. Serves 8.
