Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, cut into small pieces 5 ounces
Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped in long ribbons
Red Onions, raw, 1 slice, chopped
Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
Peanut Butter, Crunchy, 2Tbsp,
Garlic, 2 tsp chopped
Panda Express Chili Sauce 1 tsp (or to taste)
Pasta, cooked, 4 oz
Sesame Oil, 1tsp
Directions
chop everything while the water boils for your pasta.
put the chicken, chili sauce, garlic, sesame oil, peanut butter and half the soy sauce in a bowl and mix.
add pasta to water.
add the sauced chicken, carrots and onion to a hot pan and stir frequently so the peanut butter doesn't burn. when the chicken is nearly done add the cabbage and the rest of the soy sauce.
add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir.
YUM!
makes two servings for a main dish or maybe 3-4 for a side.
