Introduction

I'm a pretty lazy guy and I don't like to wait on, for, or because of anything. I will take a turn on a red light and go a couple of blocks out of the way just so I don't have to wait for the light to change. So thinking that I'm going to wait for water to heat up just so I can add some sort of mealy tasting oat ANYthing to it didn't appeal to me. But the problem was I needed the oat to reduce my cholesterol and help in my weight loss. So I had to figure out a way to do this and make it somewhat interesting. This recipe is what I came up with. Ingredients

    Oat Meal
    Walnuts
    Blueberries
    Dash of Salt

Directions

Put a pot of water on the stove and put the burner on high. Turn on your crock pot. Put a measurement of oats in the crock pot. It doesn't matter if it's a cup, half cup, or bowlful. I'm going to show you how to put the right amount of water in every batch. Now put in some blueberries and a dash of salt. By the time you finish that, most likely the water is boiling. Take the same container you used for the oats and put in four container of the boiling water and close the lid. Now go do a workout for about 10 minutes and take your shower afterwards. When you're dressed, put the oats in a bowl…add the walnuts or honey. Perfect oats everytime.
BTW, sometimes I do Oat Bran instead of Oats, and sometimes I add cinnamon. It helps break the monotony
