Introduction

Nomnomnom. Taste like the real thing, but you can have two for the same calories. Nomnomnom. Taste like the real thing, but you can have two for the same calories.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Splenda
    1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    6 tbsp Egg whites
    2 3/4 cup Soy Flour
    2 tsp Cream of Tartar
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt

    4 tbsp Splenda
    1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients.
Mix topping and coat annoyingly small cookies (about 1 inch each) with them before dropping them onto TWO (count 'em); TWO cookie sheets. Make them mondo-sized drops if you want one big cookie, one tray, and 115 calories or so per cookie.

Bake 8-10 minutes.
