Ingredients

    12 oz bag baby carrots
    1 12 oz bag frozen peas
    1 can chicken broth (fat free)
    12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 10.5 oz can of 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup

Directions

put all ingredients in a crock pot on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Serve of noodles or rice ( not in calculation)
