Ingredients

Frozen chicken tenderloins 10 oz
Mixed peppers - green, red, yellow, julienned
Sweet onion, julienned
Mushrooms, whole or sliced
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt - optional
Directions
Cook chicken in 1 tsp oil, remove. To pan add all other ingredients. When pepper mix is almost ready, add chicken and simmer. Serve with rice or potatoes.
