Ingredients

    about 1/2 of a medium head of cabbage
    about 1/4 cup onion (optional)
    about 1 tbsp cooking oil
    seasonings to taste

Directions

Shred up cabbage in medium size chunks. Pour cooking oil in pan and add seasonings. Add onion and cabbage to pan. Fry for about 5-10 minutes until cabbage is cooked.
