Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean turkey (just Perfect)
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    1/2 cup of green bell pepper chopped
    1/4 c grated carrots
    1 jar of raqu tomato, garlic,& onion sauce
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    8 ozs spaghetti, cooked

Directions

place turkey in skillet and brown until no longer pink add in all veggies saute until tender soft. put in seasoning . mean while cook spaghetti as package indicates. drain spaghetti put back into pan and add the meat mixture.

serve with a salad and garlic bread but add on those calories. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!
