Ingredients

    1 lb shrimp
    2 lbs new potatoes
1 lb. turkey kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces
3 ears corn, halved, husks and silks removed
    2 lemons, halved
    2 onions, quartered
    Old Bay seasoning to taste

Directions

Heat a LARGE pot of water to a boil. Add plenty of Old Bay - about 2 Tbsp. per quart of water, or to taste.

Add potatoes and onion and boil for 10 minutes. Add sausage, boil 5 minutes more. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the shrimp and lemon when everything else is almost done, and cook for another 5 minutes or until done.

Drain and serve immediately - best dumped on a newspaper-covered table and sprinkled with a bit more Old Bay!
