Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) package Oven Ready Lasagna
2 (15 oz. each) containers Ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
10 oz. spinach, thawed
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In medium bowl, combine Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, and spinach; mix well.
3. In another medium bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, 1 cup water, and the browned ground beef; mix well.
4. In 9" x 13" pan, spread 1 1/2 cup of meat sauce. Place 4 sheets of Lasagna over sauce. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture over Lasagna, top with 1/3 of meat sauce. Repeat layering once. Top with 4 sheets of Lasagna then sauce.
5. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Wrap the Lasagna tightly with foil. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the Lasagna is fork tender.
6. Let stand 10 minutes sealed in foil before cutting and serving.
