Introduction

Great as salsa, side dish or a salad! Great as salsa, side dish or a salad!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1 small chopped onion
    .5 chopped avacodo
    1 small chopped tomato
    juice from 1 lime
    cumin, chili powder and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Add as much pepper, chili powder, cumin as you like, also great with cilantro! Chill before serving to marinate flavors.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
