Great way to get in some extra veggies, healthy brown rice. Filling! Great way to get in some extra veggies, healthy brown rice. Filling!
Number of Servings: 6


    Ground Turkey, 450 gram(s)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup,
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup pieces
    Zuchini 1 cup(124 g) includes skin, 1/2 cup
    Brown rice - 2 cup cooked
    Worchester sauce, 9 tsp
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)

    Add favorite spices to taste: 1 tsp Basil, 1 tsp Oregano


Mix all the ingredients together.

Spray muffin tin (I would also flour, tend to stick)

I baked them indivually in muffin tins, easy to serve portions

12 (one serving = 2 meat muffins)

350 degree oven

45 minutes depending on your oven.
One hour if you are making in a loaf

I served with red/yellow bell peppers, baby carrots and a
baby spinach salad (not included in calorie count)

A great left over!!!
