Introduction

This is a family favorite and so very easy to make. Just cook it all together and throw in the crockpot. You can cook on low heat and when you come home from a long day of work it is ready to eat. Ingredients

    1/2 lb extra lean hamburger
    i tbsp onion powder
    1tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp red pepper
    1 tsp salt and pepper (each)
    1/2 onion
    2 cans diced tomatoes, drained
    2 cans pinto beans, drained
    1 can of green chiles diced, drained
    2 cups water
    2 tbsp of chili powder
    2-3 drops of tobasco sauce
    1 tbsp honey

Directions

Very easy to make. Cook hamburger with onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper. Strain meat after cooking, put back in pan then add tomatoes(drained), beans(drained), onion and green chiles(drained). Simmer together then add water and chili powder. Once added move to crock pot and add tobasco. Cook for as long as you want in the crock pot and right before you serve it add the honey to sweeten. Very good! This is a family favorite in our house.
