Made to serve 1 . Increase ingredients according to the number of people you want to serve.I wasn't sure about the "meatless chicken-style" nuggets but they were delicious. Ingredients

3 Cups Baby Spinach
1 Tbsp Toasted Seasame Oil
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 Meatless Chicken-Style Nuggets ( I used Boca, which I found at Whole Foods)
Directions
Stir-fry 3 cups of baby spinach leaves in 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook the meatless chcken-style nuggets in the microwave according to directions and add to the mixture, toss to combine and heat for 1 minute.
