Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Splenda, granulated
    1 pint fresh Blueberries (frozen no sugar can be used).
    1 oz. tap water

Directions

In a no stick sauce pot place the water, and berries in the pan. Turn heat to high, When it starts to simmer, mash the berries with a fork to release juices. Turn down as they start to boil and simmer about 20 minutes until thicken. Add 1/4 cup of granulated splenda ( less or more to your taste). Cook for 5 minutes longer. Mixtures will be thick but slide off of the spoon. Stir often while berries cook and release their juices. Place into a 1 cup Jar or container. Cool and cover before storing in the refrigerator. Can be frozen if desired. Keeps in the refrigerator about a week. Use Jam on toast, Sauce for cake, deserts , pancakes, or ice cream.
