Ingredients

    Approx 10 cup water
    1 cup dry Quinoa/ be sure to rinse well 1st before adding
    1 15oz can of Hunts Sauce
    1 15.5 oz Goya Cannellini Beans
    1 16oz Birds Eye Classic Mixed Vegetables
    1/2 cup diced raw onions
    From a previously roasted chicken:
    Remove skin from & add:
    2 thighs
    2 drum sticks
    1/2 chicken breast OR can use the chicken carcass
    with most of the breast removed & no wings.
    Curry Powder
    Dill Weed
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

Makes 15, 1 cup servings

Fill pot with water, add chicken bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium add all other ingredients.

Also drain & rinse beans

* Be sure to rinse the Quinoa very well before adding.
Otherwise Quinoa will give a bitter taste.

Cover with lid, stir often so it doesn't stick to bottom.

When fully cooked, remove bones.
