Ingredients

    1/3 cup sugar
    1 whole egg
    1 egg yolk
    1 cup half and half
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 325
1. In a small bowl mix the sugar and eggs together with a wisk
2. On stove top, heat up half and half until it starts boiling
3. Slowly add it to the egg mix so the eggs don't cook, wisk together
4.In a glass cassarole dish put very hot water at least half way but no more than 2/3 the way full
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Place into refrigerator overnight
