Introduction

Take your leftover rice and chicken, pork or beef, then any veggies you have leftover or canned or fresh and fry it all in light margarine. I know Blue Bonnet says it's not ideal for baking or frying, but it does well enough. Ingredients

    5 cups Leftover cold rice
    Leftover lean meat (I used a whole chicken breast)
    1 cup Leftover veggies
    0.5 cupSoy sauce
    5 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
    4 tbsp Light Margarine

Directions

Chop & put all ingredients together & fry in wok
