My husband loves these. I have guessed on the forty wraps - depends on how much filling you put in (about a Tbls) and the size of the wrap. My husband loves these. Ingredients

1 pkg won ton wraps
1 lb lean (94%) ground turkey
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
5 spice powder to taste
dash of garlic powder
2 tsp soy sauce
Directions
brown turkey until no longer pink. stir in cabbage, carrots, spices, soy sauce and a couple tablespoons of water. cook until cabbage is soft.
Spray a large lidded skillet with cooking spray.
Put a scant tablespoon of filling in center of wonton wrapper. use your finger to wet all four edges of wrap with water. Pinch opposite corners together in middle. Pinch edges together (there are usually instructions on the package for this.)
Arrange potstickers in pan as you make them.
Heat skillet over medium until the bottoms start to turn golden. Pour about a half cup of water into the skillet, cover immediately to steam them for two or three minutes longer.
