Introduction

Ingredients

    - 1 1/4 lb: Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    - 1 tsp EACH: onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander
    - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    - pinch of kosher salt
    - 1/2 small can: chopped green chilis, draied
    - 1 lime

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for the lime in a bowl. Divide into 5 equal parts and form into round patties. Grill the patties on Med-High heat until fully cooked through.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Place the patty on a whole grain bun with my "BP's Nacho Laughing Cheese Spread," Fajita grilled peppers and onions, with lettuce and tomato. De-lish!
