Ingredients

    1.25 lbs chicken white meat (no skin) ~approximate
    0.25 cups chopped onion
    8 tbsp diced green chiles (1 small can)
    1.125 cup green enchilada sauce (1 can)

Directions

Throw all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or more. After several hours (~6hrs), you can shred the chicken breasts and let it cook longer.

Serving size is 1/4 cup.
