Try these with my chicken and biscuits recipe. The broth is not included in the nutritional info since you don't actually eat it. I used 1/2 the amount of bouillon than the container called for. Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup skim milk
3 cups water
1 1/2 - 3 tsp bouillon
Directions
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Pour in milk. Mix with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
3. Bring water to a boil. Add bouillon.
4. Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into boiling broth. It should be about 12 generously sized dumplings.
5. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Do not remove lid during the 12 minutes.
6. Remove dumpings from broth and top with chicken and gravy.
Makes 6 2-dumpling servings.
