Ingredients

    fresh broccoli (2 bunches)
    Kraft Miracle Whip light (1 cup)
    fat free or 2% milk shredded cheese (1 cup/more if you desire)
    raisins- 1.5 oz. box (2)
    vinegar ( 3 tablespoons)
    sugar or splenda (1/3 cup)

Directions

wash & drain broccoli. chop bunches into pieces (whatever size is preferred). combine miracle whip, vinegar, & sugar. add broccoli, cheese, raisins, & bacon pieces and mix well. cover bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs (the longer the salad is refrigerated, the better it will taste).
