1 c. silk1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c fresh blueberries
mix silk and vinegar, add oats and let sit for 1 hour.
add egg and oil to oatmeal. mix together dry ingredients and fold in blueberries.
