Ingredients

1 chicken breast
1 cup whole wheat pasta (thin spaghetti)
1/2 cup of spinach
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons butter
Rague spaghetti sauce
Directions

cook 1 large chicken breast in 1 tablespoon of butter, and cut one clove of garlic in small pieces and cook with chicken. when chicken is browned add 1 cup of ff chicken broth and continue to cook until chicken is done.
in another skillet, spray with pam and melt the other tablespoon of butter, throw in two good handfuls of baby spinach leaves, and the other clove of chopped garlic. cook until just wilted.
remove chicken from skillet when fully cooked and dice to bite size pieces, add 1 cup of water to skillet and return chicken to it. add the spinach, and add the cooked whole wheat pasta...stir it all together well and add the 1/2 cup to the mix...stir well. Let it all heat together and add some salt and pepper to taste.
