    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.4 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Bell Pepper - Red, 2 oz


Cook rice put in pot with other ingredients and heat through
