Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia) (remove)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 6 serving (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated (remove)
    *Epic Roots Mache Mix Salade Aux Herbes, 4 oz (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)
    *Tahini Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Make Tahini Salad Dressing:
4 Tbsp Tahini
4 Tbsp Water
Juice of half a lemon
1 glove of garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare salad greens and veggies and add dressing and toss
