Ingredients

    4 tbsp light mayonnaise
    4 tbsp fat free Greek Vanilla yogurt
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and black pepper.
Divide into four equal portions about 2 tbsp each.
