Introduction
Great for parties, appetizers, snacks, or even as a side dish! Serve with chips, melba toasts, or your choice of bread into individual squares, and bake. Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup Tomato
About 1/4 Cup Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp. dried, 2 tsps. fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Directions
Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in mixing bowl, add parsley. Finely chop/mince garlic and add to bowl, mix so garlic is covered in the oil. Next, chop the onion. Add the onion to the bowl, mix lightly so evenly combined. Chop Tomato, mix so garlic, parsley and onion are evenly dispersed in tomato. Add a little salt to taste.
Serve on individual slices of toasted bread, such as Melba toast or sliced french bread. You could also top with cheese, or add your own fun twist!
