Introduction

I love tuna, but I hate all the added fat and calories from the mayo. So I made this salad to create a tasty meal! I like to make a big pot of this, cool it and have for lunches. Ingredients

1 lb (box) of Rotini pasta
2 cans of sliced black olives
3-4 cans of tuna in water (depends on how much tuna you want)
    Italian Dressing
    Salt/Pepper (optional)

Directions

**This recipe can be made healthier with low/no fat dressing, whole wheat pasta, and light tuna**

1. Boil a large pot of water.
2. Add pasta once water is boiling.
3. While pasta is cooking, open the tuna and black olives (drain).
4. Drain water
5. Add tuna, olives, and as much italian dressing as preferred. I usually taste as I go. Mix well.
6. Chill in fridge.
7. Enjoy!

I like this dish cold. So I put it in the fridge to chill before eating it. It also allows the dressing to soak in.

I usually can get at least 10 servings out of this recipe.

It's simple and tasty! Thanks for trying it out!
