Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.75 cups of Flour
    2.5 tsp baking powder
    .25 tsp salt
    .5 C plus 2 tbl sugar
    .25 C butter (soft)
    1 large egg
    .5 C milk
    1 C blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
grease or use muffin liners (10 - 12 large)
sift flour
mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
mix/cut in butter
mix in egg & milk
fold in blueberries
fill 10 - 12 muffin cups
sprinkle tops with sugar
bake 20-25 minutes; until golden brown on top
