    Cream of Wheat
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Chopped Onions, Green Peppers, Skinned Ginger Root, Garlic - quantity suit to taste
    Onion Salt

Directions

Sautee chopped onions, green peppers, ginger, etc in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Add 3/4 cup cream of wheat, mix and stir till light brown
Add 4 cups water, stir, let it simmer till its thick and ready to eat
