Ingredients

    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Wheat bran, crude, 0.5 cup
    Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    Raw Oats, 2 cup, dry
    TVP, 0.5 cup
    Honey, 0.25 cup
    Natural Peanut Butter, 10 tbsp
    Coconut oil

Directions

Put the vanilla, cinnamon, wheat bran, flaxseed, banana, honey and peanut butter in a food processor, blender, or a large bowl and blend or stir manually until you have a stiff, cohesive dough ball. Add the oats and TVP into the other ingredients (add after if using a electric mixer, otherwise they can all be blended at the same time).
Coat a 9" square pan with coconut oil and oil your hands as well. Pat the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan. Cover and place in the freezer for 24 hrs. so that the flavors can meld; the texture will become firm and chewy. Cut into nine 3-inch squares, the cut each square in half so that you have a total of 18 bars. Store the bars in a tightly sealed container in the freezer and eat within 2 weeks for the best flavor and texture.
