Ingredients

    # White Rice, long grain, 6 cups cooked
    # Pork Tenderloin, 24 oz cooked and cut to small pieces
    # *Peanut Oil, 3 tbsp
    # green Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    # *Bean sprouts, 1 cup or 1 can
    # *Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
    # *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    # Scrambled Eggs, 3 large

Directions

Heat oil in nonstick pan. Add rice and stir and toss until well coated with oil. Make a well in the middle of the pan and add eggs. cook eggs in well until scrambled. Add pork, bean sprouts, oyster sauce and soy sauce and heat through. Top with green onions. Makes 6 big servings if this is all you are going to eat for dinner. Makes at least twice that many as a side dish.
