Ingredients

    Chicken breast strips, 6 oz
    Apple, fresh, medium, chopped
    Asparagus, one spear, chopped
    Brussel sprouts, 3 large, chopped
    Spinach, raw, 2 cups, chopped
    Fage Greek Strained non-fat yogurt, 3 oz
    Real mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
    Sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp
    garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp
    White pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
    Mace, one dash
    Black pepper, coarse ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Chill for at least one hour and serve.
