Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Hominy, Golden, Bush's, 1.75 cup (1 15.5 oz can)
    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Egg, 1 jumbo farm fresh

Directions

Drain about 1/2 the water out of the hominy. Place the hominy and juice in a processer or blender until smooth.
Wisk the egg and add it to the hominy in a bowl. Mix together.
Add the flour and you'll get a very thick batter consistency.
Boil a pot of water. Get a regular spoon and scoop out a spoonful and while using your finger to scrape it off the spoon, drop it into the boiling water. You will know they are done when they start popping to the top of the water.
If you like the outer a bit more gooey, let cook 5-10 minutes longer.
Drain and top with any type of sauce.
