Introduction

My delicious home made Italian style meatballs. My delicious home made Italian style meatballs.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Ground Pork, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), .5 serving
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, .5 tbsp

Directions

Makes approx 30 small meatballs.

Throw all ingredients into food processor. Process until evenly mixed. Make into balls and place into an ovenproof dish. Add water to the dish, about 2/3 of the way up the meatballs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Serve with your favourite sauce, and spaghetti.
