Introduction

This is my basic pork stir-fry recipe to which I add various vegetables. This is my basic pork stir-fry recipe to which I add various vegetables.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    0.5 lb pork
    1 T cornstarch
    2 T soy sauce, divided
    [1 lb vegetables]
    2 green onions
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 T minced ginger
    1/4 c chicken broth
    1 T sherry
    2 T oil

Directions

Marinade pork in cornstarch & 1 T soy sauce.
Mix sauce: chicken broth, remaining soy sauce, sherry.
Prepare vegetables.
Stir-fry: heat half of oil, add garlic & pork. Cook until pork is done. Remove from pan.
Heat oil, add ginger & veggies. Fry 1 minute, then add sauce, bring to boil, then steam until done. Mix in pork, cook until heated through.
Serves 4 (~1 c each)
