    banana 1 cup mashed
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    2 eggs
    5.1/2 teas parky light stick margarine
    1/3 apple sauce unsweetened
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 teas baking powder
    2 tea baking soda
    1/2 salt
    1 cup walnuts
    1 table flaxseed
    1 table wheat germ

    preheat oven 350
    conbine in mixer
    eggs margarine, sugar,applesauce all room temp.
    cream tell looks like brown sugar.
    add flaxseed and wheat germ

    combine dry ingredients
    shift three times
    except nuts

    add slowly to liquid mixture
    add nuts flod in premashed banana.
    put in greased and floured bread baking pan
    cook 50 -70 tell inserted knife comes back clean. remove from bedpan cool on cookie rack.

    makes on bread loaf
    freeze or refreg. no addatives can mold in three day if left out..
