Introduction

I divided the recipe and made 2 loafs - one for freezing and one for dinner now. I served with tomato gravy and brown rice, side of green beans. Ingredients

    1/ 2 lb ground turkey
    1/2 lb ground beef
    1 cup of frozen 3 peppers & onions
    1/4 cup of Delallo Hot Pepper Garlic Pasta Sauce
    season with Lemon Pepper, Mrs Dash Spicey

Directions

Depending on your family size, cook one large loaf or divide in half to freeze one. Cook for 60 minutes and cut in to 8 - 4 oz slices. If you serve with a tomato gravy be sure to add your calories for that. Not really needed
