Introduction

Substituting applesauce for butter or oil makes this bread extremely low calorie and very tasty. I make rolls out of this as well and they're always a hit! You can substitute sugar for honey. My original recipe called for milk powder, but I have substituted the coconut milk powder so it can be used by the lactose intolerant. Good
I made this recipe without a bread maker and very much liked the flavor but the consistency was much too dense. Do you have any suggestions for making it more fluffy? - 10/22/17
