Introduction

Using plain lowfat yoghurt instead of mayo lightens this right up! Using plain lowfat yoghurt instead of mayo lightens this right up!

Ingredients

    Canned chicken breast - 20oz (2 10oz cans)
    Red grapes - 1.5C, halved
    Celery - 3 large stalks, chopped
    Almonds - 1/2C slivered
    Yoghurt - 1/2C lowfat (use more to bind if needed)
    Curry powder - 1TBSP

Directions

Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands or large spoon/scraper. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves or in pita bread or whatever seems yummy!
