Introduction

Garlic, rosemary & asiago cheese give this dip a kick, artichokes and spinach give it fiber and nutrition. Heat it up and serve with warm bread or crackers--no one would guess it's low fat. Ingredients

    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 6oz bag baby spinach
    1 package low fat cream cheese
    1 cup fat free greek yogurt
    2 oz asiago cheese, grated
    1-2 cloves garlic, to your taste
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary, de-stemmed
    1 tsp dried oregano
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients into food processor or blender & blend to desired smoothness. Heat in microwave, crockpot, or even in the oven with some sprinkled parmesan over the top.

Serve with warm bread slices, crackers or tortilla chips. About 2 ounces for one serving!
