Introduction

Great low calorie soup. Makes lots. Great low calorie soup. Makes lots.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2-28 oz cans diced tomatoes
    6 large green onions
    1-10 oz can low sodium beef broth
    1 pkg dry veg. soup mix(Lipton Tomato Veg works well)
    2 green peppers,chopped
    2 lbs. carrots,sliced
    1 bunch celery,chopped
    2 - 19 oz cans green beans (I use frozen about 3-4 cups)
    2 large cans water ( use can from diced tomatoes)

Directions

Place in large soup pot. season to taste. Bring to boil for 10 minutes,then reduce heat and simmer til carrots are tender. Dish up a big bowl and enjoy.
