Ingredients

    1 1/4 c flour
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c 1% milk
    1/4 c sugar
    1 heaping tsp of baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 c oil
    pinch salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk. Pour onto preheated non-stick fry pan in 1/4 cup servings. Makes 13 panckes. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
